2. Course Bookings

• in person at the academy

A booking is considered confirmed once payment or an enrolment fee has been received and a confirmation has been issued.

DP Beauty Academy reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.

 

3. Payments

Course fees must be paid according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Payment methods may include:

• bank transfer

• other payment methods agreed with the academy

Where an enrolment fee is required, the remaining balance must normally be paid before the start of the course unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

DP Beauty Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a course if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

In such cases, refunds may not be provided.

Upon successful completion of a course, students may receive certification depending on the course programme.

Certificates may include:

• ABT accredited diplomas

• CPD certificates

• VTCT qualifications where applicable

Certification may require completion of assessments, practical work or attendance requirements.

DP Beauty Academy cannot guarantee employment after course completion.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the course.

If a student cancels their booking enrolment fee is non-refundable.​

Practical training may involve the use of professional tools, equipment and cosmetic products.

Students must follow all safety instructions provided by trainers.

Students should inform the academy in advance of any medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities that may affect participation in training.

 

9. Liability

DP Beauty Academy will take reasonable care in providing training services.

However, we are not liable for:

• personal belongings lost or damaged during training

• injuries caused by failure to follow training instructions

• loss of income or business opportunities following course completion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
